Well it's been awhile since I've updated.
Got a Ducati Sport classic front hub and spoke set. Laced it to the KTM rim, machined wheel spacers, and fitted to forks.
Plan was to redrill a set of rotors I already had = wrong offset. Plan B, found a set of rotors with the required offset and the 6 bolt patter = 748R or 996R 1 year only and expensive. Plan C = ordered a set of 10mm offset wave rotors and machined the required spacer to get the 14.5mm offset I needed.
I'll post up picks of spacers sometime next week when they are finished.

I ordered a set of the Chinese rotors, far cheaper than the Galfer or Braking disks, and should do the trick as it wont be a daily rider = very little miles a year, maybe 500 to 700.
Hope they dont warp etc.
They are 320mm, so machining caliper spacers to get the calipers to fit, stock disks are 300mm on the ZX636.

Oh, picked up a set of Ducati Sport Classic rear shocks for it as well. The Zeph shocks were fine, but wanted to tie in the Gold of the forks with the rear of the bike so these fit the bill nicely.

Just bought a set of ZX636 calipers/lines/master for the front. The gold matches the forks much better than the GSXR calipers. Also bought a Carbon Fibre front fender so the front end is 100% complete now.
Calipers and Fender are being shipped so sometime next week I'll post up pic's of the front end finished...I'm stoked.

Little update, got the disks mounted with spacers and caliper spacers were needed as well...went with 320mm disks, stockers are 300mm. Just need 10mm longer caliper bolts and its done.
Anyway I'll grab better pic's with the Carbon fender on it tomorrow...crappy cell pic taken before I threw them in the trunk of the car to bring them home.

Tank is off a 750L3.
Rear axel spacers and caliper hanger are being done over the next week so the rear will be buttoned up soon too. Then onto finishing mock up with battery/electrics/exhaust routing. Goona run the Danmoto exhaust up through the swingarm and have it exit undertail.

Make sure to put some insulation between you and that exhaust. I once had a high mount exhaust on my zx-10r, and that thing would roast your butt.
That spoked wheel looks perfect in there. Nice project.

+1 on the black rims and spoked wheels with those brakes. Very nice bike you're building there.
