Where did you get those forward controls? im building a 1980 750 bobber with fzr forks and swing arm

Sorry, forward controls? I am not a native speaker of English but I think you mean the grey tubes that form the frame that hold the shock (topend)
If so, I have made them myself. Bought some tubing, pick up a grinder and of you go

Quit a machine you have there
By the way, mine is a mix up of many parts and not a Z1R
Frame is Z650, Engine is Z750. Tank...duh... Tail Z1000 etc...

I Thought that tail looked a little funny, nice combo though. I miss my lil' KZ650, I used to drag those footpegs everywhere. Your gona' have fun with that.

I did some research on these bikes. Did anyone notice that they are bolt on mono shocks and mounts. Not to sure about that but Klasmo site sells them in a kit.

Hey guys. Not to 'jack this thread but this site has been nothing but great. You guys do some great stuff. I've noticed that some of you guys use the gsx-r swingarms and some use ninja swingarms. Which ones fit best?
