Whats up guys? I have been unusually busy for this time of year,I had a ton of swingarms come in that people wanted extended. So not a damn thing has been done to the bike.
Hopefully this week I can machine an outboard bearing support from a piece of delrin that I picked up last week. If evrything looks good with the delrin one I will machine it from aluminum. Thanks to Irishwill he sent me the files for the hole location for the bearing support so all I have to do is modify it so I can run the chain on the outside of the frame.

Just a quick update, I have been crazy slamed with work lately so the old kaw has had to rest in the corner of the shop for a little while.
just a few of the swingarms and airshifter brackets I have done over the last month.
But I have been working on some engine cover designs in my spare time, with any luck I hope to cut some out in the next week or so.

Thanks Leon, I'm use to people checking every thing I do with a microscope, comes with the job. I geuss I do know what you are going to ask me about the engine covers. The answer is no I will not be doing a production run on them it kinda takes away from the meaning oneoff or custom. As far as the store its there I havent been there in awhile but it's there.
Hopefully I'll get some time to run them this week or next and I will post some pics.
