76 KZ, frame gusset work,1200CC.Ported by Larry Cavanaugh, 1.5mm.over intakes, Carron Pipe, ZRX12 rear end, and seat,96zx9 front end.

Quick update, I got a little work in this morning. I started machning the swingarm ends and started makeing spacer blocks for my swingarm jig to hold the 240 arm in place. I don't build 240 arms so I have to add some spacer blocks to the jig.
Tomorrow I will finish the swingarm ends and get the rest of the swingarm pieces cut so I can start welding it up.

Quick update, As if I didn't have enough projects going on already A friend of mine and myself decided to open a small retail shop this week for parts that I make and for his Harley parts he sells, so the bike has been a slow process. But I did get some work done over the weekend to the bike and my sons truck.
swingarm in the jig
on the bike
my rear caliper hanger this will take a front radial mount six piston caliper pretty trick part
and a couple of more shots of the swingarm and rear wheel on the bike
This week if I get some time I will add the underbrace,inside gussets and the shock mount to the bottom of the arm and finish up the rest of the axle blocks and axle cap covers and it should be ready to role.
