I am hoping to be able to do this as a job at some point....I build railings and gates ect right now....but I think that there is a market for this stuff....
I am trying to use this bike build as a showcase for the parts...if they are well recieved I will staet to do more.
right now the kit is what I am concentrating on but if someone needs help I will try to give them a hand.

i dont know if they need to be thicker for sure? what thickness would be = to 3/8" aluminum plate ?
i can run what i have for now.
i may need a slightly shorter 1 ,so i could run it between the stock mount to hold my battery box. Does that make sence? maybe i could buy your old 1 and mod it?
is there enough thread in the ends that i could cut a bit off each end?

the one in the pic is on a bike I sold a friend of mine....but you could duplicate it the chassis shop has what ever you need as far as material if you have the ability to weld it up....if not I could buzz one up for you....I would have to get the material and 2 rod ends...I dont know if you are in a hurry or not but I will be doing this for this bike so I could make 2 at that time it would be cheaper ...but if your in a rush let me know.

will i'm serious about those motor mounts i'musing the stock mounts now but i think with over 150 horsepower and launching it like i'm going to be some chrome moly mounts might be really nice to have i have broken the upper rear case mount before from flex and that was in a bike that made about110 horse. call me if and when you figure out if you can do it and how much. 1-780-835-6687 i'll be here until late tonite so give me a call

Re: Pen's Z1
26 Mar 2009 11:15well here it is guys...they are made to sit at stock heght or you can use a spacer and drop them an inch....
I am going to make another set thathas a steeper angle on the mounting boss so that the guage set sits a little flatter.
the ones in the pic are a little scuffed but the finnished product will come anodized or polished.
