And now the more 'clear' reason that it is a BAD clone job. You can nit-pick this one into oblivion, but it's always been a really sweet runner...just got it back, got a battery to buy and I'll handle the rest as I go. Making this into my daily driver will keep me from riding my bikes that start with an 'S'... :dry:

Yes, yes, the KZ650 (C-model please) continues to elude...mostly b/c of my 'blue-light-special' DNA. ;)
But again, this one fell into my lap; and since it used to be in my garage I had first hand knowledge of how much I was going to enjoy it...had to do it.

It's got some issues, but so do I! :S Such as rear-sets via East Side Custom Fabricators, Inc,

Rearsets are entirely to low, swap them left to right and use 83-85 GPz750 shift linkage.

That's what I did to my 750 twin, and they're really comfortable :)
