thanks zedone,it was a jag of work.i believe that it was worth it tho, although i believe that the next one will be rectangular tubing with a round tube brace.that will be much easier to fabricate.i wanted a trick round tube swingarm tho to show off a little skill.i also built the tubing bender that i bent the tube with and done all the machine work,it is pretty rewarding work.

There it is, painted. :cheer:
Looks even better now!

I think we can say that swing is a nice proof of skills. :)

Are you planning any other swingarms now? Type boxed with round brace you mean?

thanx galaxian, and roy.yes there will be more swingarms, although this isn't the first.i have built ten others for various bikes and quads.i have built mutiple sets of a-arms for quads also.this is the first for a kz tho.i have 5 kz's and they will all end up with custom arms for different applications.yes next time rectangle chromoly, with round tube underbrace.i have built one out of streamline tubing(shaped like an airplane wing).it was cool but that stuff is spendy and a bitch to fit properly.so for ease of building and strength and price rectangle is the best bet.gotta get that wheel cleaned up and painted now.

not lookin to go "into business"i'm pretty hooked up doing what i do(full time job during the day,do motorcycle machine work at home in the evenings.)but, having said that.sure i don't mind building swingarms for friends and board members,as long as they understand they are dealing with a busy guy that cannot multi task without screwing up more than one thing at a time:P .what style of swinger do you have in mind?doing the chassis stuff swingers,sub-frames,a-arms is my passion, and i love to build cool $hit, especially if it is going on a kawasaki.i'd love to build a swingarm for ya.i'm not trying to advertise,i just had something i built that related to the board, and wanted to share with like minded individuals.

well,i haven't actually admitted fault to them and fortunately they are not computer literate :P and they don't get on here.so i told them that i was tired of messing around with this upgraded bearing crap and just want to put factory stuff back in.maybe after i get it put back in,i will come clean.it is doubtful tho, cause they don't forget and wont pass up a chance to razz my azz.
