Yup. New used one on its way along with all of the seals needed.

While you have it apart, I suggest you go to the hardware store for some Allens.

I already did... Gonna have to order some though. None of the hardware stores around me carry ss Allen's in metric.

You don't need stainless down there. Depot should have both.

I would recommend pan head screws in the two spots were your sprocket and chain wore that groove, Allen heads are much taller

You should have spacers inside the front sprocket spacing the chain away from the trans door.

So I have finally gotten everything I need to put my mission cover back on, but I have a question. If you look at the picture I have attached, there is an o ring(#37) that goes between the engine sprocket collar(#36) and the bearing(#18). My questions is, doesn’t this get mashed when I torque the sprocket nut on? I am afraid, because there is NO relief or space on the collar for this oring and do not want to ruin the motor due to a mangled oring from me torqueing on the sprocket nut. Please advise as I do not want to screw up my new to me engine and bike.

The O ring is so small it fits in the bevel inside the engine against the bearing. If you don't have one, just smear a little RTV on it and put it on so it won't seep.

But it's not that small. It's supposed to be 22mm I'd with a cross section of 1.5mm. That is not small enough to fit in the bevel

I've reused mine I don't know how many times. It's very thin. About the size of a 18 gauge wire. I am really careful not to break it because it's so thin. If you have one, use it. It will crush and not hurt anything.

OK.... It's been a while so I thought I would update you all. I am still in the process of rebuilding. I have procured the following:
Back cut trans
.385 lift cams
1075 pistons and cylinders that has been o ringed
28mm pumpers
Welded crank with main cap support
1000 head that will get port and polish
Bottom end is together, have to wait on top end as I have run out of finances for the moment. I have attached pics.

Fyi, I am still looking for a Z1 tank that is clean inside and does not have any Bondo.
