Okay gentleman, these are tips I can work with.
First I have to order a Hydraulic cable with the right size and then I will mount it with extra spacers on the D&G plate and take it from there.

When I figured it out I let you know Leon :)

New paint and bolts.
At the moment ordering new "HEL" brake and clutch line.

I still have all the seals from the Tokico, can I reuse them or do I have to buy new ones?

replacing them is insurance that they won't leak.
but,
if you don't mind possibly having to redo them if they leak then clean em all up and re-install them and see if they hold.
might get lucky

that's my .02 fwiw,

I am Gonna try it with the old ones first.
The problem is that I have different pistons in these Calipers, two normal large ones and one smaller.
Don't know from which bike it is, I had 2 sets of callipers but cleaned and painted the odd ones :S
So if I order a set of new sales I probably get the standard for the 3 large pistons.

Like you say Leon, if they leak, start over with new seals B)

a lil internet sleuth work might be able to determine the caliper donor.
i put a usd front end on my z1r that had an aftermarket brembo big brake kit on it and i needed pads for it.it took me a lil while but i finally determined what year factory caliper it replaced and got the right parts.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationI went full on with my brakes. New seals ,dust covers and everything. RVS pistons front and rear (no more pitting). It cost a fair wadge but I wanted to be sure.
I used these people on ebay

They were very helpful. My rear caliper was from an unknown Suzuki model,so of course I ordered the wrong parts but they had no problem exchanging them. I sent them a photo of the caliper and they sent me the right bits.

For the price of your pistons you can by a complete bike

Small progress, headlight, nice grips and a reservoir.

Next step is rebuilding the carbs.
I prefer new ones like these B)
