Patton gave me the idea to require a washer. So here it is !
It´s a ultra sonic washer filled with water and some degreasing.

Rubber comes out nice after a few minutes.

Aluminum needs some time in the washer for the greas to come off.

Finally installed the machines in the work shop

My man arnoold- with all your fab skills, I have an idea for your bike stand, and, I got it from here originally- the plans that is- so you can easily roll that bike off and on that stand, without a ramp, by yourself. It would take you less than 4 hours to weld one up- it didn't even take me that long IIRC.

CruisingRam Thanx for the plans for the bike stand !
I had to get 5 guys to life the bike down when I moved house and now they need to lift it back up again :P Wish I had built it like that..
Now I so far behind on the build so I need to focus on mechanical stuff.

Spygon Thanx, tank and side covers will get painted in original inspierd colors.

Got my sprocket from my friend today !

Thanx again Leon !
