Hey ya all,

Got my new clutch release plate made today. Feels good ! :lol:
Some polish on this and Bobs your uncle.

Also swapped the chain tension guide.

I then got new pistons and rings assembeled and stuck the cylinder on.

Didn´t go the conventional way..but first connected the two piston rods (in down position) and then the other two while the pistons were sitting in the cylinder. I find this way easier :P

Oh Yeah!!! :woohoo: on the clutch release panel, that looks very nice!!
and OH YEAH!!!!on the reverse engine assembly.....I am going to have to try that... :evil:

Looks great. I love that "lay the frame over the engine" trick. I'm definitely doing it that way on the next one!

Wow is this thing coming together

Mine:
04 Honda rebel 250(wifes)
04 GSXR 750(bolt on galore)
98 CBR 600F3(filter, pipe, adjustable cam sprokets, dyno tune)
76 KZ900A (LTD gauge pods, crash bars, LTD(style)pipes, dyna coils and ignition,headwork and mild port cleanup by cavanaugh racing, K&N filter pods, heck I dunno.

Thanx guys !

79MKII: I wasn´t even close to scratching the frame...and I lowered the frame over the engine by my self. You can take a pause and then mount the bolts. Def. the best way to do it.
