I learned it from my grandma she was Polish/German. Makes sense… I’m 58 years old and never drank a soda... I like a pop every once and a while… I still shop at the corner store, where as a child I bought penny candy… I putz around in my garage almost every day… My washer and dryer are in my back hall.

YES !
it worked. One application of penetrating oil, 48h hours later I proceeded to apply a resolute amount of pounding with hammer via wood, and it worked:
There is some interesting amount of formerly-living schmutz inside the wheel, not sure how it got there or how it would have enjoyed my kind of spirited riding...
