I think you are right, the kz info on this site only goes to 75 and so does z1 enterprises.

The 1976 KZ900-B1 LTD FRAME is usually identified by the mounting of the rear brake master cylinder, which mounting is unique to that particular model.

Id say 76 kz900 with some of this and some of that added to it,or it could be a z1 with a 76 battery box and kz swingarm/disc brake wheels.
Without the one off mc mount Im going to guess its not a 76ltd though.

Not 76 LTD. The 76 LTD front wheel has one bolt that goes through both rotors. I have a set.

Those rotors are drilled like a 79-80 ltd,but those extra holes around where rivets normally go are throwing me for a loop.

Ask him what the full frame number is...anything starting with Z1F and greater than 85700 is a KZ. If he won't tell you what the number is, tell him he has a Honda.

LOL...I already called it a Suzuki...He's been real evasive about posting VIN numbers...I just called him out on it being a possible stolen bike  ...We'll see where this goes...And Thanks Again Guys!
You know its got me wondering if its a 750 or 1000 wheel on flipped Z1 forks?

A closer view of the wheels would be helpful, but they appear to be Kawasaki's version of the Morris Mags that came stock only on KZ900-B1 LTD.
The "spokes" on genuine Morris Mags are more delicate-slimmer-petite than those on the Kawasaki versions.

Looks like a bunch of parts cobbled together. What's the deal with that rear brake line?
