In the midlands 👍 picture was taken whilst pulling the carbs so all testing is stock setup apart the the slightly larger pilot jets 👍 wasn’t running her.
I’ll try tomorrow morning with the advised settings and report back, it’s no biggie to pull the carbs and swap the pilots back to the 15’s 👍

Don't forget to fit new plugs before trying. NGK plugs hate to be flooded and often cleaning them isn't enough.

If you have a stock intake and stock exhaust the normal range for the pilot air screws should be between 1 and 2 turns out from lightly seated. Start at the recommended position and adjust each cylinder from there based on how the engine idles. Look for the highest rpm at idle. If you have to adjust more than 2 turns out you should go down one size on the pilot jet. If you are in the range then stick with the ones you currently have. If you are below one turn you should go up one size and repeat the exercise.
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

The choke pickup tube has a jet size opening in the bottom, a opening at the top to mix with air and in the float bowl well has a jet opening as well. I'd make sure the opening at the bottom of the tube is open. It's very small my smallest jet drill wouldn't fit in it. Had to use a strand from a wire brush to clean them out. Easy to miss.

Thanks guys I use a selection of guitar strings to clean the small holes they are really good 👍
I’ll start her today with the air screws set at 1-3/8 out as advised and take it from there.
