Good to hear you finally got it sorted.
I knew there had to be some other issue as those VM carbs need very few changes once the air correctors are installed regardless of engine tune.
You should know that there have been quite a few problems being reported with those accent ignitions, particularly with one of the diodes.

Just performed 150km test ride without shim and needle on richtest groove.
WOW, she is literally begging for more throttle! So funny and strong. 
Was not able to detect VMAX because it was little scary…

You can test wide open throttle without putting a brown stain down... Just find a straight country road that's wide open, ride moderately 20MPH (35KPH) till your in 5th then go to max throttle. You should be able to buzz it up to 7-8K RPM before you hit 80MPH (130KPH) that is enough to be well on the main jet.
