Ok New challenge!
I live at the bottom of Africa!
USPS have (recently) successfully delivered parts (Speedo / Tacho) from Hawaii, but it wasn't cheap, $65 for a half a shoe-box, 1½ pound contents, and it took 6 weeks!
So, I will first see if I can find one at my local bike breaker, The Bike Hospital, this weekend.

Same with mine Kelly, I was gonna try to paint it but I was afraid I would make it look worse I did try to use a heat gun to bring out the pigment but that didn't work.My hazard switch is intact but the same pink color as those.

See, there ya go. Have no problem shipping examples to Your location if You can't source those bits local. I ship, and have been for years doing international. Probably 90percent of the stuff went to other places beyound the US. Let me know what You find out. AND, because i have boxes of these switchblocks, need any?

Used it dye nylon props and plastic spinners on RC models back in the day. Remember it seemed to work OK. That was mostly red or black dye on white base material so red on faded red should work great. Used it like a stain. Available in all colours.
From their website
"
In a medium saucepan used exclusively for crafts or dyeing pour in liquid dye and bring to a rolling boil. Reduce to a simmer and submerge plastic items into the dye bath with a slotted spoon, stirring constantly and removing items regularly to check on their coloration."

These were very "pink" (oxidised) to start with.
A mixture of Wintergreen oil and Olive oil, applied multiple times (more than 10) brought the colour back nicely!

I've drawn the button according to what I see in your pictures, and all dimensions are ASSUMED, for now.

WOW, You have tech i wouldn't have a clue how to use!! Here's the old fashioned way. Note that the plate with the "Hazard" feature isn't perfectly perpendicular, slight angle. Other than that i believe You have it rangled!! Here's a finished "thru bar harness" version for a 1978 LTD 1000 for completeness.

Thanks for those dimensions, this gives me an idea of scale...
Could you measure and correct the dimensions I've circled in green?
It would be helpful if you would correct all my dimensions...
I need to print a few "prototypes" to identify the best way to position the model in the printer for best result.

Does this give You any insight? Kinda hard to measure from the curvature or centerline but.. What You relly need is a "hold-in-hand template"! Seems the 3/32" pin is a close approximation of the latching feature which solves that (1.5 you have pictured). So crude measuring shows that the reduced latching area is approx 1.85mm at the leading edge before the plastic reduces and/or Your 1.20 mentioned section. The flat (5 shown) is about 7.10mm. Help??
