This didn’t work, unfortunately. 
If your mixture is too rich, starting fluid will make it even richer and it will not start. 
Turn off the fuel and drain the carburetor bowl. Now will it fire with starter fluid?

Your connection to the coils from the battery is good.(i didn't check that connection yet)
Your spark plug's ground is good.
Your battery voltage is low though, but a kick start should fire it.
Do you still have the 11amp battery and is it fully charged?

It should of at least sputtered. It should at least sputter even without a carburetor.
My thoughts now are:
Compression very low.
Valve timing way off.
Spark timing way off.
94 KE100
82 KZ305
85 VF1100c
