RS34's have been GREAT for me since 2017, but BS34's may be preferable for MORONIC times...such as these.

CV carbs may give you a few mpg.  Is that the drift here?  And if so, how much do you ride the bike, and how do you value your time?

I average around 6000 miles/year with my butt in the bike seat, but am not sure about this one though.
Never seen such leadership incompetence in my entire life,.especially since I decided to retire back in 2019.
Anyhow, living on SSI will be a bit less golden than I anticipated then, so getting those extra miles/gallon would lessen the pain a little..

Spent some time fitting my Mikuni velocity stacks to the BS34 CV carbs today, so I can use the widened air box and RamAir filters with these carbs too.
Decided to machine off the two tiny useless ribs from the outside of each bell mouth to make them 55mm like the RS34'S.
The stacks fit nicely, and I can still utilize the original air box with PITA rubber boots another day.

I'm noticing less aggressive cars on the road so it ain't all bad.
I'm remodeling my downstairs bathroom. If you want sticker shock, just check out the price of building materials. And that's if you can find what you need.

Anyone remember the concept of AMERICA FIRST?

It wasn't that long ago to forget!

I'm not too sure you understand how the world works Dave, that nationalist, populist rubbish is the cause of most of the problems we are having now , world wide, it pits everyone against each other and NEVER results in better circumstances.   We all need to educate ourselves well, and stop voting self interested morons into government, and reign in big business the world over, everyone needs to wake up...

I may not know much, but I do know that this current "America Last" attitude does NOT work.  It never has and it never will.
