This can also happen if your pilot jets are clogged and you are actually idling on the main circuit.
But the first check, I guess, would be to make sure the throttle is returning all the way.
If you follow the links in my signature, you can get several manuals. Download all of them so have different sources for comparison.

Yeah I still have the book, but yeah I also noticed that one of my pipes to the exhust wasn't getting hot after a good 4 minutes of it running. I have a 4 -2 exhust systum, the original exhaust system. So the inner pipe on the right side wasn't getting as hot as the 2 left pipes, the outter right was warm but not as hot as the left. I was about to hold my hands on the right set but the left I could only tap since it was hot. So I'm guessing that also might be a reason

Don't use your hands. Get a little bottle to spray water.
The water on a cold pipe will boil off slowly. On a hot pipe, the pipe never gets wet. The water dances off immediately.
Member Zirafin posted a good video of how the water test is different for a cold pipe versus a hot pipe.

I already know which ones are hot and which ones are not. What does that mean ??is there not enough gas flowing through that side ?

There can be many reasons for that condition.
Start at the motor:
Compression?
Valve adjustment (read the valve train warning in my sig before touching the valve cover)?
Then ignition:
Wired correctly?
Bad coil?
Bad pickup?
Bad igniter?
Bad plugs?
Bad plug wires?
Then carbs:
Fuel flow? (you checked that so far)
Fuel level setting?
Vacuum leaks?
Throttle position synced?
Pilot jets clean?
Choke flaps missing?
Main jets clean?
Needle setting correct?

This never use to be a problem until I removed the spark pug wires. Do you have a picture should where all the wires should go from the ignition coil's to the plugs ?

As you sit on the bike, the cylinders are numbered 1 to 4 left to right.:
The right side coil gets a small black wire, and the plug wires go to cylinders 1 and 4.
The left side coil gets a small green wire, and the plug wires go to cylinders 2 and 3.
(The big motors have the coils swapped left and right, in case you come across conflicting info.)
The actual physical placement of the coils don't matter. And even the green and black wires can be swapped if the timing rotor is flipped, but it's best to keep it the way it came from the factory to reduce confusion.

I'm talking about the " spark plug wires " I know there's a certain spot on the coils that each spark plug wires are hooked up to ..

IIRC the left coil controls spark for 1 and 4, right controls 2 and 3. It sounds like you are trying to say that 3 and 4 arent firing. Somewhat rules out spark control to me. Sounds like your clean carbs aren't clean. Or maybe the plug wire caps are corroded. You can try a resistance check on the offending cylinders (in the manual)
On a stock bike with stock coils and wires the wires are labeled.

Your manual will have all this in it.

I mentioned which coil's spark plug wires go to which cylinder.
loudhvx wrote: The right side coil ... plug wires go to cylinders 1 and 4.

Obviously you don't want to cross wires unnecessarily, and you want to take the shortest route, so:
On the right coil, the right outlet goes to spark plug #4. The left outlet goes to spark plug #1.
On the left coil, the right outlet goes to spark plug #3. The left outlet goes to spark plug #2.
The actual route is not critical, but avoid kinks and minimize crossing with other wires.

Yeah it's probably my carbs then since I replaced all the wires and the spark plugs. I'll probably rebuild the whole crabs while I'm at it. Also if I jet my carbs should I get new new carb rebuild kit as well ???
