... So the other ยข P1.0 bolts show 87in lbs.... why not these?

There are seven 6mm bolts/screws listed on that graphic. Two don't have a torque setting. One is at 11 ft-lbs. One is at 78 in-lbs, and two are at 87 in-lbs. Since the screws in question are crosshead JIS screwdriver heads, I wouldn't expect them to have torque nearly as high as hex-head crankcase bolts.

Actually they are all 10 mm bolts that take a socket.... camshaft sproket bolts thread into the cast iron (is it) camshaft so that can be a little higher than the crankcase bolts and the clutch hub nuts that thread into alum...... factory knows whats best and lists 98% just not all for some reason.

I always use the ol "as tight as you can get it and a quarter turn more method" when lacking specifications
It's a acquired feel after wrenching for 50 years...

Bolts are categorized by the shaft diameter, not the size of the tool used to turn it. Most 6mm hex screws have a 10mm head, but not all. Some can be smaller or larger. An allen head usually is 5mm to trun a 6mm bolt, but not always. Sometimes, it can be smaller for a nicer finished look. But in all cases, the shaft diameter is nominally 6mm.

Most, crosshead screws are not specified with a torque because you don't usually use a torque wrench to turn that type of head. It's designed to be turned with a screwdriver. Back in the day it was not so common to have screwdriver bits for a ratchet, which is what you'd need to use a torque wrench.
