Fuel leak, NO overflow. was created by shamal
 how is this possibile? I noticed a small gas leak, a drop, under the #1 intake boot. Just between the boot and the head.
Carbs are fine. No running problems. No overflow. :S

Vacuum petcock disabled.
I just use PRI position, and when the ignition switch is off a 12volts magnetic valve on the fuel line is closed.

You say vacuum petcock is disabled but do you still have the vacuum line running from #1 to the petcock?

and if it is really leaking gas between the cylinder head and the boot, you have a vacuum leak. If gas is getting through then so is air.

Don't fix it until it's broken.

You're right, I'm still stuck on the magnetic valve. Does it have a fuel gauge?

Hopefully, there isn't an unused vacuum hose attached to the #1 carb holder.

Hopefully, the vacuum nipple is capped/plugged on the #1 carb holder.

Pods or stock airbox?

My guess is that the float on #1 is seeping or stuck and allowing too much fuel in the bowl.

Don't fix it until it's broken.

Has the clear tube test been performed on #1 carb to assure that the fuel level is within specs and not too high?

Here, for reference , is the stock vacuum operated petcock:

Why was the petcock's vacuum function abandoned in favor of a magnetic valve?

Good Fortune! :)

Yeah when you say vacuum disabled and just using prime. then all you have to depend on to hold fuel back is the float needles.
I betting on a seeping needle and I agree with the past statement. if fuel is getting out then air is getting in.
This exactly why i went with a manual petcock.
