Everything looks like my 28mm pumpers off a 1980 model other than the one float bowl and like I say that could be swapped over very easily, in fact there was a thread on here just recently where someone was asking about doing that very thing on some 28's because that second pump gave a longer duration to the enrichment.
The needle number may also give you a clue as to what the carbs came off originally, that's how I worked out what mine were because the needle number was for the 1980 28mm pumper carb and all the other details of the carb matched with that.
From the pictures it looks like the nozzles are missing on two of the carbs where the fuel is sprayed in to the intakes.
