So many parts are interchangeable, that it's possible these are not as they came on the bike from the factory. I have a set of 28mm carbs on my KZ1000A2 that have the single accelerator pump that came from a 1980, however if I swapped the float bowls from my 24mm double pumper carbs that came from a KZ650 then I would have carbs that loo like yours, including the dual fuel inlets..

Don't know....all I know is that my friend bout this thinking that they were 28mm pumpers.
Normally they have single fuel inlet , one diaphragm and the idle screw on the bottom.
This measure 28.70 on the head side , have two fuel inlets , two diaphragms and te idle screw is on top.
