Using the link provided, several sizes of pilot jet VM24/486 for Mikuni RS Smoothbore carbs are listed in the clickable PDF Price Sheet starting at 1008 Part No. 004-027.
Hopefully, the size needed will be shown on the removed jets.

Unfortunately these are CV34 Keihin carbs off a 1981 kz750e2. Unless you think the mikuni parts will work as well?

I would soak in Pb for a few days then reverse drill bit using a thread tapping tool (by hand) not a drill.
