Im reassembling carbs got them on and find i cant remeber where vac line from tank attaches. Also line to airbox. I have 2 manuals but neither shows where they go. I know the main fuel line goes to center tee on carbs. The outer 2 tubes are vent. A diagram/picyure would or asisstance of any kind would be greatly appreciated. Its almost ready to start.

Do you still have the CAS or emissions stuff still on it? If so, you might have lines coming from carbs #1 and #4 vacuum ports going to a "tee" and then one line that would run up to the CAS. Either #2 or #3 would go to your vacuum activated petcock, the remaining one simply capped off. If you have none of the CAS stuff on the bike, all you need is one line to your petcock. Cap off the rest.

What is CAS? As far as emissions unsure if it actually has any? Be europe/canada version not california. It had line going to airbox and of course the crank breather from top motor to bottom airbox. Would that be vacum line?.

U.S. models had Kawasaki's Clean Air System (CAS).
CAS included a hose from the air box, and also also drew from vac nipples.

Typical CAS:

I'm putting my 84 GPz 750 back together after my brother tried to mess with the emission hoses about 20 years ago (the bike's been sitting this whole time in the garage. I'll keep the emission system for now. Can you tell me where the two hose that tee off of the vacuum switch attach? The two hoses marked with the clips 92037? Also, any diagram of how to plumb the fuel separater and cannister? I cant tell where the vent hose from the separater goes. It looks like it goes to a tee ... but I can't find the tee. Tim

Cap the vacuum ports and take that crap off. It doesn't belong on the bike. Better pics of the carbs will help. You'll have fuel inlet, vents and vacuum ports.
