OMR: Emission Tester AVI Clip.....

Well figured out a cool little tester for AZ Emissions and registration for my KZ900 and future KZ's...
If you all remember, I was dicking around with a home made AFR unit of my design that was basically a mid exhaust AFR tester during rides... Worked fairly well but a PITA to have to install use....
Last week I had to get the old girl through emissions and now that jetting was all accomplished, I didn't tweak the slow jets (Keihin for pilots) way lean for idle and 1500rpm emission testing....
Wanted to see exactly where she stood... Figured if I failed, drive her out of the bay, tweak the slow jets lean and go through as accomplished last year... Here's the kicker, last year was 2 up (richer) on the mains and slow jets and had the YY8 richer needle in place....
As can be review in the lower left of the image, actual image of PASS-PASS...
Now here's the real kick in the nadolas.... While driving him thought to myself... Hey dumbass, take some measurements with the AFR meter and keep for next year and upcoming project bikes... This way you'll know without a doubt if rich or lean for operations & emissions. DOH!
And yes, I do talk to myself that way as well....
Simple break down...
Amplifier is designed with Stoich reference voltage and the BOSCH sensor voltage fed into a voltage subtraction/comparator circuit and displays the results in DC Voltage in the display...
As mentioned in the clip, great for emissions but due to engine build, higher compressions thus engine runs hotter and AZ heat index I want it at ~ 13.8 AFR for cooling effect BUT Max Power.... :woohoo:
As can be reviewed in the clip, @ idle 1200 4.5-4.6 Vdc
@ 1500 rpm, 4.74 Vdc....
All in all, places me ~ where I want t0 be in the AFR measurement for Max Power & Emissions....
AVI clip....

Miss spoke in the clip... Stoich is right at 3.6Vdc as depicted in the right hand side graph.......

Keep in mind, I can always change the reference voltage in my circuit to dial this in and most likely will do so coming up... As mentioned, I'm on the Rich side where I prefer...
What I am using this as a NO LOAD test at various rpm ranges for comparing...
Example, here's some further rpm range measurements....

Now that I have these measurements at present setting, as mentioned, tweak the slow jets more lean ~ 1/4 turn CCW and re-measure....
Unfortunately packing for a business trip for the rest of the week... Already put everything including bike away....
Will have to test when I get back....
