Z1 sells the Dynojet kit. It's expensive, but you pay for the research. It includes 4 adjustable needles for easier tuning.

If this guy wants to drill jets, he dose not want to spend the $8 on the four jets. How do you expect him to spend $100 on a Dynojet kit.

He will probably have to spend $50 on a numbered drill set to get the sizes needed to do jets.

Hey Polkat, I've put pod filters and Uni filters on bikes, and I generally jump up two sizes on the main jet and will usually jump up one size on the main jets. I know people will probably say I am doing things wrong, but I am from the "Make it work Academy" also known as RedNeck101. But I have had good luck going to god motorcycle shops and just exchanging jets, it did help that my friend ran the shop, but if you have a local shop you might check to see if the will pull a quick switcheroo for you. But generally jump up two sizes.

Just need to make sure I understand this based on what you wrote. You said you jump up two sizes on the main jet....and then one size on the main jet!? Do you mean the primary and secondary jets? And you have this done at God motorcycle shops? (I'm guessing you mean good instead of god).

Anyway, most people have advised me to up my jets from 125's to 135's and tune the piolet screw a bit. That's what I'm gonna try.

Most jets, mikuni etc are measured by flow rate but the keihin jets in my pumper carb are numbered by the hole diameter. i.e. a 100 main jet is 1mm dia, 120 = 1.2mm , 150 = 1.5mm etc etc. I bought a set of incremental drills off ebay for £8 ($15 ish ?) for just this purpose. There's 50 drill bits from 1mm to 6mm in increases of 0.1 mm Bargain.
