i consider myself to be pretty good when it comes to wiring but when Lou says something it is usually about 10 levels over my ability to grasp!:woohoo: hes forgotten more then most of us will ever know about dc wiring,i think i could hold my own on ac systems though!:laugh: anyway as far as the coil mod goes im with Lou if you go through the basics and eliminate any problems that should solve 95 plus percent of problems adding more parts just complicates things .

if the battery has 12 volts and you are getting 12 volts to the coil your not gonna get any better then that.
