You might want to try cracking the float bowl drain screws, to verify each float bowl is filling properly.

When I went back to the stock jets I drained the bowls and all 4 had fuel in them. I can try cracking the screw again to see if it has changed.

Are both coils producing a spark ?
Hey Wookie!! I am assuming I am getting spark since sometimes it seems to fire up fine and can tell by the sound when all four are firing, not to mention the down pipes are all hot. I mean I suppose the coil could have an intermittent issue? When it does start up correctly it sounds so good with the 4 in 1 exhaust. As I side note I found that the gas tank is leaking at the fuel level switch.
Try laying the leads for #1 & #2 (one from each coil) on top of the cam cover with a spark plug in them and crank the motor you should see an equal spark on each plug (I appreciate this doesn't guarantee it's sparking in the cylinder under pressure but it's a "quick and dirty" test)

Pulled plug #1 and #2. I do see a spark on both, but not crazy bright blue or anything. I will say that both plugs seemed really sooted up. They are a new set so I am surprised they are so sooty being the bike hasn't run for any length of time yet. In addition I drained the float bowls and took a pic of how much fuel I got out of all 4.

That looks like plenty of fuel.

What is the voltage at the coils during cranking and when running (check both) plugs will spot if it’s only been running on choke

Is getting the voltage of the coils (under the tank?) just a matter a putting a multimeter on the two wires on each coil?
