Carbs update. What a disaster carbs were! Missing some springs, missing one main jet gasket, dry gaskets everywhere and above all, a dented diapragm "case" that does not go up and down. Terrible... and the most probable cause for the original piston hole.
Also, needle heights were wrong. All of them in position 4, rather than 2 (from the top, which indicates the manual).
In any case; I reassembled everything today, and still need to get 1 new diaphragm. Also, I need to find one of the "thick" rubber o´ring that sits under the main jet. I understand order is jet, washer, o´ring. It has "fiber" or plastic jets, not brass.
Any pointers on where can I find this o´ring I´m missing?

To get things a bit worse, I just realised one of the 4 mixture bolts is sheared inside its location.

Thank you Scirocco. This looks great.
I will try as soon as possible and see if this will work. My question, even before trying, is: How can the stuck bolt be extracted by pushing into that little hole, if the bolt is screwed into the carb body?
Not questioning it will work or not, just curious.
