Z1 Head Weeping Oil was created by hardrockminer
I'm getting some oil weeping through the plugs indicated in the photo below, particularly the front one.  Has anyone found a way to seal those, and if so what did you use?

I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

Had this happen on on those before and the one that plugs the oil pump passage behind the lower engine mount.
The only fix is to drill and tap them up the centre and use a bolt and spacer to draw them out.
Then have some tighter fitting ones turned up and pressed back in.

If that's the only way then I guess I'll put up with it and keep a clean rag handy after a ride.  It isn't a lot...maybe a couple of drops but when hot it can cover a fairly large surface and it's slowly staining the top fin.

I was thinking maybe there was some semi liquid sealant that one could apply from the inside when the head is off.  It would have to bond to the aluminum though, or it might separate and get into the oil circuit.

Never taken one out, are they tapered? Might be able to press back in and tighten them up if they are

I've been fighting a slight weep from that area for a long time...  I thought it was my valve cover or cam plugs not sealing well enough.  This might be the culprit

What type of oil are you using?
Maybe go a little heavier

No! They are straight bungs .

I have had success with silicone sealants.
A Suzuki Savage had an oil leak leak around a head bolt, center front of engine. Degreased area with brake cleaner and applied high temp sealant. One year later, it's still leak free.
On a DR650, I had a base gasket leak. Degreased and used gray sealant around the entire base gasket. The gray silicone matched the engine color fairly well and sealed the leak for 5 years, until I sold the bike.
Both these repairs were expected to be temporary fixes, but never needed further repairs.

Did Kawasaki seal them at the factory or was it a straight press fit?

Just a straight press fit from all i have seen and replaced.
No evidence of any sealer which should be the case for any press fit component, especially one which isn't subject to oil pressure.
