Too dark to see.
This guys a crook.
I bought 4 new ones. The ones I have in the bike now I tipped. Getting some popping so they may be like the Doremi valves I took out.
I think I'm ready to do the switch.

Are you happy with the Doremi valves Steve?

I looked at the fleabay used valves you posted. Anyone buying valves should know that the sealing area's on the valves themselves pit over time, and cannot be machine ground out without removing the margin area on the valve. That leaves a sharp edge that will glow red, much like a gasket fire ring sticking in the the combustion area. Both cause detonation hence engine failure. Also, they sink so far into the head, that the valves cannot be set. It can barely be seen in silhouette on in the dark pictures. who cares what the tops look like? What a tool!
Note.. out of all of those dark pictures, the only ones that really mean anything would be the valve sealing surface and stem diameter / length, which are not shown at all.
Total junk: Notice it says "no returns"?
This is a actual valve grinding machine video. Note the valve he grinds has no valve margin left and is junk.

If it's not a clear pic don't buy it. Got a email it has been relisted. Good, he can fondle his junk while I get my new valves and RIDE THE PISS OUT OF THE BIKE. :woohoo:
I have some that would work but best to start with new.

Steve, I am surprised that the Doremi valves are that much lighter...and I wonder why. If they are the same length and diameter (hence same volume of metal) then they must be made of an alloy to make them lighter. Then comes the question...is a lighter valve better or worse?? I'm thinking better but I really don't know.
