Spark plug wires may be connected to the wrong plugs.
Ignition timing may be 180 degrees off.
Cam timing may be incorrect.

The timing advancer on the end of the crankshaft, even on electronic ignition, can be installed incorrectly, thus making ignition timing 180 degrees off.
One coil fires cylinders 1& 4' the other fires 2 & 3. Which one does what depends on which primary wire is connected to which coil. The wiring diagram in the fsm shows which is which. I don't have it handy just now, but I am sure you can suss it out.

Can it be the chain tensioner ?
The lock bolt don't srew to the end and don't secure the push rod, so the camshaft chain jump.

I think iI will remove it, and rebuild the screw hole to 6mm if possible or 7 if not...

What do you think?

Why won't the lock bolt tighten up all the way? If it is too short or he bolt is buggered up, why not replace it with the proper bolt?
If the tensioner allowed the chain to jump, I hope it was not more than one tooth. Too far, and you may have some bent valves.

Hello,

Tensioner problem is resolved. Yes, i did an error with the spark plugs... and now the motor don't explose anymore :)

Btw, still don't start... can it be a problem with the clutch?
I just can see i can pass the 1st and go back to the neutral just with the foot...

Your bike has what Kawasaki calls a Positive Neutral Finder. When the motorcycle is not moving, only first and neutral are available. Once the motorcycle is moving, you will be able to shift to all the gears.
The clutch itself has nothing to do with starting, but there may be an interlock switch on the clutch lever to prevent starting unless the lever is pulled. Sometimes that switch can malfunction, preventing starting.

Hello,

First: thank you for your time to replain me :)

1/ What i mean is : i don't have to press the clutch lever to pass the 1 st gear...
Probably a small adjustement here... What do you think?

2/ I try to start with start pilot and the bike search to start.
If the fuel level is too low on the float bowls (perhaps 2 mm less that specs, but fuel is present) can it be a problem ?

yes ! it start !
so a pleasure to hear that after one year of job :)

But i use start pilot (kleen flow) for that directly in the carbs...

All carbs are at the low level (clear tube methode)
i will add 2 mm to see what happen.

If you have an other idea...

Best regards
