Hello,

i didn't rebuild the carbs.
I put compressed air on all holes from the bottom and the top of the carbs.
Then set the float level with clear tube method...

I would highly recommend you rebuild the carbs completely

Air from intake manifolds. After apply liquid gasket the engine start perfectly.
I will try to find paper gasket for the intake manifolds... what do you use?

Nothing. No gasket and no sealer. The mating surface on the head should be clean, smooth and dry. Leaks there are usually caused by old, hard, cracked rubber of the carb holders. New ones should solve the problem. If the old ones are hard and cracked, they will eventually leak in other places.

I don't think the problem will be piston related. The spark for cylinders 1 & 4 is provided from the same coil. I suspect either the coil is bad, the wiring for the coil is bad, or the ignition system (points) for that coil has a problem. See if the spark plugs for cylinders 1 & 4 have good spark. Ed

I don't know, but there might be some info in one of the manuals. Here's a link to one of them. Ed
