I have had the rod weld itself to the stock ball bearing behind the clutch basket and the OEM parts.
Hence the roller bearing fix they sell for the pusher

What does this replace? Do the cases have to be split?

It goes inside the clutch basket. Never needed one but thought about it. :)

You just remove the 5 springs and it replaces the spring plate pusher behind the plate....... Denco stated in their Bonneville bike build it was a absolute must and have read other articles where they really insist on it too.

Seems to me that is correct, I still may have to try one of these, sounds like a quick and easy upgrade.

I rally like the Teflon lube, and that little tool is a brilliant invention.

And I have that figured out for the most part. Still need the 14mm MC. Had a guy sell me one but it turned out to be 5/8 not 14mm. :pinch: All I can find is new 14mm Nissins for a & 150

I still don't understand why a 5/8 wouldn't work. Not enough throw? I'm going to try the longer actuator arm mod on mine. Just too buisy with other things right now.
I wonder if the EZ pull is as temperamental as the stock ones. I remember hearing that dreaded pop on my 350 Honda. PITA.

Correct, not enough throw. I'm to the point now I could have bought the $400 kit from Z1. Pays to do the research.
