As Daveo said, you can flip the rotor, but it requires taking it apart for that to happen. Usually, this happens when people are cleaning the parts. You have a 50/50 chance of putting it back together correctly unless you consciously recognize the issue and figure out the correct way. When 1 and 4 are TDC the point points toward the Black/Blue pickup.
How high do the RPMs get before stumbles and dies? If it gets to about 2000 or higher, then it may be the advancer is not moving.
If it dies immediately, it can probably be a few things. Does it matter if the bike is in neutral or not? Does it matter if the kickstand is up or not? Those two work together (if your bike has that safety circuit) to kill the bike when the bike is in gear while the kickstand is down. when the switches get flakey, vibration can cause them to malfunction and kill the bike. You could try to rev it with the kickstand up.

The pointer is pointing to the blue and black wire.
I have no electrical safety left.... None
I redid all the wiring, using new electrical wires.
Unable to say about rpm, no tachometer is install, but from my experience, it sounds like it's running in the 1000 ish or lower when I don't touch the trottle, until it dies.
The weirdest thing is the advancer is correctly in place. But I have to swap the green and black wire to make it start, but then it runs (pops and backfire non stop when lifting throttle) like wires are flipped. If wires are correctly installed, it just pops and backfires with no start att all.
I am seriously scratching my head on this one.
Not a lot of experience in bikes, but able to rebuild 1980s Porsches engines. And they run good.

The coil with the black wire fires cylinder #1 and #4. The coil with the green wire fires cylinder #2 and #3. Can you confirm that?
If so, then the coils are just mounted in the wrong place (swapped left and right).

I confirm.
But bike doesn't start that way. It just cranks and cranks and pops and backfire.
If I reverse black and green, it starts, but it pops and backfires the same way.... Only difference is that it's running.
Haven't had time to switch the ic ignitor with the one on my part bike today. Very busy at work these days, will try tomorrow night.
