Alright guys thanks for the good info. I was just thinking flip the reed valve over so it acts a check valve/ baffle to stop the oil from blowing out. I will also stick some stainless guaze or something in there. Then i was gonna run them into a tee then one hose to the rear probally between swingarm and engine. So what size hole will be sufficent? Remember i will be doing both smog covers. I also thought about drilling a little hole in each smogs lowest point so when the bike is on the stand the oil will drain back into the pan.

if u connect 2 hose to 1 T, then the size of the single line out , dictates the capacity.
So unless the line out is a larger than any of the 2 going into it, u could just run 1 hose .

Attachment airboxbreather.jpg not found

I just disconnected the part that goes into the airbox and it works fine. It is there for a reason, whatever fuel is left in your exhaust will light on fire better with the air that is let in there.

Nasty610 wrote: When I was into boosted cars a buddy told me this was done quite frequently on Toyota Supra's. They just reroute the crankcase vent straight to the exhaust after the turbo. There were a lot of guys that claimed to gain hp but I never saw a dyno graph to prove it. I don't remember if they did anything to stop oil from being sucked into the exhaust but you can always get on a Toyota forum and do a search.

From what i understand toyota's are the most stolen cars available.

Here's the pic's.

Alloy bungs block the original passages to the head and additional holes drilled from the emission chambers to form the breather.

The holes area needs to be at least as big as the vent tubes on the emission caps to take full advantage of them.
The holes in my cover are around 20mm only because it was what i had to hand but there is a reason for them being bigger than the vent tubes and two in each chamber.
I lay some mesh above each hole before inserting the gauze to prevent any stray strands getting in to the engine.
The mesh can reduce the holes area by up to half hence the need for the larger holes.
