You have to understand that if the rings and cylinder walls are rusted bad enough to stick the engine that once you get it free all that rust just doesn't disappear, it will continue to do damage to the engine once it's running. Also keep in mind that rust is not a surface build up, it's the oxidization of steel which means it's removing material from the rings, cylinder walls etc. Also keep in mind that dissimilar metals like steel/aluminum will react to each other over long periods of time, especially when moisture is introduced.
Do yourself a favor and at least pull the covers off and inspect for water damage and look inside the spark plug holes for the same. If you see rust and a powdery white substance then you have trouble. Maybe take some pics and post them here.
This motor has potential. So far u had it 2 days and I couldn't even get it to turn over when I brought it home and now it's starting to turn and the kick starter is starting to work. I say with a little work I can getting running with no problem. But I will keep you posted on my build and how the motor is coming along.

It had carbs and exhaust on it the whole time while it was sitting outside the two months. And I will send pics. Tonight I'm going to take the side covers off and inspect for water. Also i already have the spark plugs off and there is no rust down there.

I think that engine would run just fine. My Z1 was sitting for 14 years, rode a couple months, then sat another 12 and fired right up.

I have a feeling it will fire right up too. All I need is carbs and a good cleaning and it should fire up no problem.

As has been said, a manual is invaluable, even if you don't have the whole bike!

OK, so it looks pretty clean on the outside, but you STILL have a problem. The engine is tight and to merely put fuel in it and fire it up is mechanical suicide. You really need to find out what the problem is. Really.
Seriously.

Yeah we put oil down the spark plug holes and it's still not spinning very good. Good thing I'm in auto shop this year. I'll have to do a complete tear down looks like. I hope it's crankshaft isn't bent. But I did look down the spark plug holes and it's all filled with white powder. Corrosion? I don't know but looks like I have some work cut out for me.

I guess you didn't read my other post. Aluminum corrosion can damage engine parts and once it gets going it advances very quickly. Inside an engine it's mainly caused by water/moisture reacting with chemicals that are the result of combustion. This creates very caustic acids that literally eat pistons and other aluminum parts. If you have a lot of if chances are your pistons and maybe even your cylinder head are damaged.
Some examples of aluminum corrosion.
