Bikes kickstart won't move

This motor has potential. So far u had it 2 days and I couldn't even get it to turn over when I brought it home and now it's starting to turn and the kick starter is starting to work. I say with a little work I can getting running with no problem. But I will keep you posted on my build and how the motor is coming along.
You have to understand that if the rings and cylinder walls are rusted bad enough to stick the engine that once you get it free all that rust just doesn't disappear, it will continue to do damage to the engine once it's running. Also keep in mind that rust is not a surface build up, it's the oxidization of steel which means it's removing material from the rings, cylinder walls etc. Also keep in mind that dissimilar metals like steel/aluminum will react to each other over long periods of time, especially when moisture is introduced.
Do yourself a favor and at least pull the covers off and inspect for water damage and look inside the spark plug holes for the same. If you see rust and a powdery white substance then you have trouble. Maybe take some pics and post them here.

this is with the cover off. tell me if it looks okay. thanks.
That tharr be the points cover, stator cover is on the other side of the motor. Near the front.
As has been said, a manual is invaluable, even if you don't have the whole bike!

Yeah we put oil down the spark plug holes and it's still not spinning very good. Good thing I'm in auto shop this year. I'll have to do a complete tear down looks like. I hope it's crankshaft isn't bent. But I did look down the spark plug holes and it's all filled with white powder. Corrosion? I don't know but looks like I have some work cut out for me.
I guess you didn't read my other post. Aluminum corrosion can damage engine parts and once it gets going it advances very quickly. Inside an engine it's mainly caused by water/moisture reacting with chemicals that are the result of combustion. This creates very caustic acids that literally eat pistons and other aluminum parts. If you have a lot of if chances are your pistons and maybe even your cylinder head are damaged.
Some examples of aluminum corrosion.
