This is 1 of the headers i received for trial this week end. does anyone know what kind it is??
Primary length A =
#1 36 1/2"
#2/ 36 1/4"
#3/ 34"
#4/ 32 3/4"
B= collector. 3.5" long x 2.5" od.
end of 3.5" collector to end of pipe = 27"
D= 3.8 ID (4'od)at large end

Mark, were you ever able to identify this header? The hanger looks alot like the one on my un-identified pipe. The header is very similar as well. I'm still searching for info on my pipe.

no i didnt. i sent the header back to the guy.
i bought a yosh, which is a spare that i dont need, if anyone is interested?

I just picked up one of these pipes from a Canadian seller. I wonder if it was the same guy that sent that pipe to you Mark. I'm also curious about the manufacturer.
Looks like you may just be able to pull off an oil change without removing the header.

Hindle 4 into 1 Competition Plus (no baffle , free flow type) exhaust and headers

Here's some pics (the only one i have for now)

I know it's winter.... the day i got my bike for 200$ ... I had to dig it up. It was covered in snow !!! I guess previous owner™ didn't care for this bike!

I guess i'm the only one in the world with this old exhaust ... no mention of it on google neither on KZ Rider...

Anyway the sound of it is so unique compare to kerker or other popular exhaust.

That's why i'm keeping it :)

laurent

Someone mentioned that Star Racing Pro Series header is for over 1 Liter bikes, my question is will it work with KZ1000P bike? I will be using my bike mainly for daily commute to/from work, will it be too much exhaust for my bike? I got a deal on one, I will be putting it on my bike when it gets here but will have to re-jet my carbs to work with it....does anyone have any info on what jets I should be using...?????

i'm guessing that that pipe has large id primaries for the big cc drag bikes. if so u will lose some bottm end torque. but since u have it u may as well try it out. just go up 1 on each jet and try it .
then start a thread in the carb section. u will get more carb help there.

Star Pro headers, are a drag race style side winder. It might give you a close fit to the front fender. If your front end is not raked.
If you can't use it, they are desirable on ebay.
They are hard to get nowadays.
