like isaid in my other post i use copper coat spray if im planning on removing the block from time to time but i use gasgasicinch if i plan on have the block on for extended periods like on a street motor. it seems to work best.

Don't use a copper head gasket unless you have so much compression or boost that you have to run an o'ringed block.

Here are your gaskets

I was just wondering about the .040" shim u would use to shim a block if u are useing j pistons. Would u use a fiber gasket under that ? what would u use for sealers?
That would be a similar situation that i have with my block, sinse my block has been decked .030" and it needs a .030"shim to lower compresion. Or a thicker .050"fiber,wich may pound out?
