i do have to agree.
there should be no reason why one of our most beloved members and one of the best engine builders out there should feel the need to defend his shop or the quality of his work.

whether it's overstock, apejay, z1 or anyone else for that matter.
no one should have to defend themself here.
it's not the place to take up a gripe with someone.

like you said, shit happens.
as long as the seller made it right it should be a non-issue.
and i see the problum was corrected.

The feeler gauge concept was asked by another member for starters only. He had remarked where he some work done elsewhere and the bores where oblong and totally different in feeler gauge thicknesses.
