Anyone had any recent dealings with Z1 Ent? I have emailed their website for some parts and have heard squat.
I have ordered parts from them on many occasions before and had no problems at all.
I know that they went through a re-structure of their business but thought that this was all done and dusted!

I ordered some small engine parts a few weeks ago and they came to me in an acceptable time frame.
About five-six days.

Dealt with them several times over the past month or so...typical sterling service. :)

Ditto. I got my order from last week more quickly than the orders I placed in 2015.

My recent orders (3 in last 2 months) have been fine too. No complaints at all. All in stock items shipped (USPS Priority Mail) same day and arrive to me in SoCal in 2 bus-days. One order was split and a different name and shipping location was used on both labels (UPS vs USPS). The UPS shipment took a cpl days longer. I have noticed their listed items have been updated...some added...some discontinued. No complaints here. In fact just placed another order this A.M. about an hour ago.................................Mike

I've placed 2 orders with them online in last 6 weeks or so. Both times i placed orders on Sunday and they were at my house on wednesday.
I didn't need to converse with them at all though, so i can't comment on communications.

I called last Friday morning to verify a part number and Rob answered the phone and my question. I placed my on line order right after that and everything was delivered Monday. What ever the issues were, they've got them sorted out.

Thanks to all for your feedback - much appreciated!
I am somewhat bemused that all of a sudden I can't make contact with Z1Ent
after having dealt with them on many occasions with 100% service satisfaction!
Could someone please post links to customer service and parts areas on their website
- maybe I'm using incorrect email addresses...?
(or maybe it was something I said ? ;-)
