I am really sorry you had to go through this. I can't say what I think should happen to this person if he caused the fire even if not on purpose. My wife asked me why I don't ride my bikes to work and I said because I just don't trust people to leave well enough alone. Society has marginalized our ability to protect our posessions. Can't even kick someone's @ss if you catch them messing with your stuff anymore. Again, sad day indeed. Keith

I'm not sure I could control my anger if it were my bike. If someone Fked with my kids, I'd be in the grey bar hotel. Same goes for my bike.

This is a good reason to commute on an older bike. Especially if you have to park out in the open. My wife's r65 BMW was vandalised when I was in grad school. I waisted a lot of energy controlling my anger over that.
Enjoy you Falco, they are cool bikes.

Cops here don't give a fark about bikes - had a friend a few weeks ago riding with his Mrs. Toyota van jammed brakes on - no stop lights working - she ended up upside down into back of it - broke her hip both sides. Cops turn up - let the van go - unfarkinbelievable but the assholes can do as they like.
Mate said all they were interested in doing was getting back to their "sty" and having lunch.Just so farking wrong - bet they would have hung around if it was some luxury car

CHP will always find someone at fault, even if they're wrong.
