No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationAnother to add to this thread. I bought a HID headlight from a seller on eBay. It didn't work. I contacted them and they sent me a relay and harness with a fuse block. Connected directly to the battery and ground. Plugged it in and it works. Blueish light and bright. Should be more noticeable. It has a warranty and we'll see how long it lasts. B)

Had a great experience Mark Oldroyd from Brake Crafters. He is an eBay seller and fellow Kaw rider. He sells quality caliper rebuild kits. I ordered a kit for the rear and front calipers. Only the rear kit showed up(both marked by the post office as delivered) Mark made things right by getting me a kit. He has a store in Cave Creek, AZ so I offered to pick it up. It was a great experience as I got to talk shop with Mark a bit. Thought I would share some pics he sent me of his Lawson he used to race in Europe. After talking with him monday he has decided to get the Lawson back on the road and ready to race. His website is below

Got another good guy to report. One of our own, doctorot. I bought the chrome foot pegs. I was hoping they were longer but they were the same as the one KZ 900 I had on one side. The R side is a Z1 peg. It is shorter. Some jerk backed into my bike and bent the other one so I had mismatched pegs. Now they match, chrome and the rubber is better too. Now I have to get some other chrome goodies too.
Thanks Vic. B)

Two more good guys to report.
z1partsinc.net
stores.ebay.com/Midway-Cycle?_trksid=p2047675.l2563
z1parts is already listed in my Tach and Speedo thread and Bill at midway went out of his way to make me satisfied with the transaction. He couldn't locate the period correct part so he gave me a refund. I changed my feed back score accordingly and will do business with him again.
I've been burned on eBay and it's nice to know there are still honorable people out there.
Thanks Bill

What are our feelings on using NOS (new, old stock) gaskets?

That would depend on how they're stored. No NOS rubber parts.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationAnother seller to add to my list. I bought the cam last September. I use it all the time. It started giving me trouble a couple months ago. It still worked but not as it should. I bought another battery for $5 free shipping. I told them about the issues I was having and they told me to send the cam body only back. They sent me a new one. I'll be buying a couple more batteries and get one for my daughter too. I'll be uploading clips soon. :woohoo:

Got my fork boots from z1parts.net . $22 new. Better than the NOS junk I overpaid for from another supplier that charged me $45 a piece.
