May I say, after playing with cars and bikes ordering parts for a while now, that Z1 Enterprises have huge class in terms of customer service. I just ordered some parts and spoked with them in the past.

I have never seen such great customer service.

After a few issues, I started looking elsewhere for parts. I still wish to be a customer in good standing and will buy from them if I can't find them anywhere else. I recommend them as I do other suppliers I've done business with.

Z1 has always provided top notch service to me. My only wish is that they would pack their boxes with something else besides those styrofoam peanuts.

Have had a few issues lately ....Wrong parts/Not informing me of a back-order situation, (losing a week waiting), but their tech support & (generally) their shipping time can NOT be beat! And I can't overstate the value of the fact that they actually ANSWER their phones! LOLL!

You're right. I talked to Mike the Tech. He was very helpful. I wound up taking his advice on some used barrels and pistons. Good thing too. I wound up needing them. He had no ax to grind or commission to make.
