Look like they say "In Stock" and "Part not on order, unsure of next shipment, etc, etc."
Two of the parts I ordered do not say "In Stock," so I'm guessing that means "Out of Stock."

I wish they were more forward about that.

I love Z1. I like that they try to source odd parts and provide a great website for ordering per bike per year. Their staff is super helpful and nice. Shipping is prompt and affordable. I do wish they price matched sometimes so i wouldnt have to go through two or three venders. Also their out of stock issue is a problem since I am trying to find parts for my new kz440 project. I always look here first for what i need and will continue to do so.

I always check the shipping list because sometimes they forget stuff. no big deal since they make it right when informed. I am planning on visiting them soon!

I have ordered quite a number of various items from Z1 Ent. Inc. I've never had any issues that seemed out of the ordinary when dealing with mail order businesses.
Been good to me.

I've noticed a pronounced slow down on getting orders out lately
Also if ordering a few small item's the shipping cost is way to high, they could fit in a USPS envelope and ship for like 3.95 however it's always 7-9 bucks for shipping....
Customer service on the phone is always great
Never hurts to not rely on 1 supplier....

Customer service on the phone is always great

Something I've noticed dealing with the USA, the customer is king. Not always the case in UK.

I bought a few bits from them and spoke to them briefly on the phone. Some of the ELR pattern parts I bought aren't quite exact reproductions, (seat cover, panel badge) but i knew that anyway and these parts are almost unobtainable now. So no complaints at all.

In 13 I had a very large order. Most were in stock and I was told I was to wait until the other items would come in. I said no, send what you have and notify me when the others come in. You will have to pay for them first. I reminded the "salesman" of their logo. "WE stock what we sell." I had them bundle my order and ship them the cheapest way. Post Office. Came in three days. I needed more items and ordered them. Had to talk to the "salesman" again to avoid paying $7 SH for each item. At that point I started looking for other suppliers. When I noticed my NOS dust boots were coming apart in less than a year and I had paid $45 a piece, I e-mailed the "salesman" and got no response. This is what happened with me. They have a great site. I found I could save a lot of money shopping around.
