The perf tube is 1.75 ID x 1.875 OD. Yea, it is kinda loud. Not as loud as a Kerker Megaphone with Large competion baffle.

If you can remove a baffle insert from a Yoshi or a MAC you are very lucky. Usually they were pressed in and wound up being unremovable even when new.

OMR, you are absolutely correct, my baffel is 1.5" o.d. spiral louvered tube with the outer can I.d of 3.38" or something like that.
79MKII, may your generosity never cease
Otakar, I can see how these might be impossible to remove. This one was pretty clean but still took some........ persuasion
Kzmk2, thanks for the input. In fact, thanks to everyone for their input. I don't think this kind of information is available anywhere else

Well, I just discovered that this exhaust system will not work on my bike due to the mono shock linkage-
So, is there anyone reading this thread interested in taking this system off my hands? If not, I'll make a seperate classifieds listing. If that doesn't work, it's off to ebay...

Whoa... those primaries have to be what 34" or so?
My Kerker to 4-1 collector primary lengths are 31"...
Sorry to hear that for ya but that gave me some things to think about in my exhaust build regarding length and power band tuning no doubt....
As can be review in this image, the 4-1 is several inches away from the frame center/shock mount tubing... The exhaust bends before that point...
Bummer...
