yeah well they could give you more if you complained but the way they figure things...You can still make them pay up a bit more just go and get an estimate of repair from a body shop. I messed up my rsx driving like ... and two years after they had fixed it I made them repaint the bumper and realign the cradle. You just have to push them a little. At any rate if the guy had good insurance and it seems he did if they cut you a check so soon and for as much then they won't stick it to you but it has to be legitimate so have someone do a quote on what it would take to fix your stuff. Maybe they figured you would be happy and call it at that. This guy hit my 84 celica and I they weren't going to offer me much until they looked at it and then they cut me a check for almost a grand when the only damage was a slight dent in the fender but because the car looked solid they gave me more.
