I found another bike was created by roy-b-boy-b
A mechanic that use to service my Peterbilt called today to try and sell me a 1980 KZ1000 LTD. (that is not hard to do)

Someone owed him money and he got the bike instead.

Bike has been sitting four years. Had compression and no wierd noises when i kicked the engine over.

I didn't take my camera but i hope to have it tomorrow to feed your thrist for pics. Roy

Bike is a little under cared for, 16,000 miles. Original body pieces in the original colors!!!!!

You ought to have been there when i told my wife i need to buy another bike.

First thing she asked. How much? I told her and she knew it was a deal. 1/4 of what i paid for the "77".

Got to hit the savings up tomorrow. First stop car wash. Roy

Yea, just tried that, didn't go so well for me.

Kept thinking that my current one shouldn't care that I was looking at another one and want to bring her home.

I'll bet the new one wouldn't get jealous if I when out with the old one.

Man I think I gotta get a new one.

I passed on a local 1976 KZ900 the other day for US$400.00...no title, hasn't run in 9 years...the wife said buy it...I said no...it would be a huge money pit.

I'll pick up the bike today. The back taxes are even paid up.

I use to buy a lot of money pits. It use to take me a $1000.00 to put one of these old bikes on the road. I have so much parts now i could literally build two bikes.

I'll probably have to take this bike to a friends house to store it as i need to get rid of a lot of bikes at my house.

It is beginning to look like Sanford and Son around here. Roy
