HI
Well any magazine on aircooled (and pre 1990 bikes) is sure to catch my attention. My interest is mostly 1980-1990 dirtbikes. Ride currently a KZ550 1981. So I am interested.
This would be available via subscription, right?

No, not available via subscription, yet.
Finally got mine...can't say that I'm impressed, but I guess I don't really know what I was expecting.

I ran right out and got my copy at B&N as soon as it came out. It was just what I expected. Not what I wanted but what I expected. I too would like way more technical information and how to articles. I do think that if lots of people wrote to them and asked for what they wanted in the magazine, they would most likely comply. So yea, write to Mitch and tell em what you guys want to see more off in the new rag.

I enjoyeyed a good 90% of it. Don't care for the dirt bikes and such but I can deal because I am just happy to have a USA vintage mag.
Classic Motorcycle mechanic is my fav. So I want something just like that only with US adds and rallies.

Nates vintage bike axiom: Riding is the reward for time spent wrenching.
Murphys corollary: Wrenching is the result of time spent riding.

I almost forgot about this. The closest B&N is an hour and a half away and I don't have any pressing business in that direction so I guess I missed out.
I like what Motorcycle Classics did, they offered an evaluation issue free of charge. Once received I subbed right up. Without a subscription option, I, like many others, aren't going to make a special trip for a magazine at $4+/gal gas.
